Terms and Conditions

  • Check in Time – 2PM. Check out time – 12 Noon.
    • Early check in is subject to availability. Early Check-in before 12PM will be charged half a day rent. Early check in from 12Noon to 2PM can be accommodated free of cost subject to availability of room.
    • Late checkout is available only, subject to availability and will be chargeable at Half a day rent
  • Guest Profiles
    • Unsupervised guests below 18 years of age are not allowed
  • Child Policy: One Child under 12 years of age will be allowed stay in the parent’s room free of charge.
  • Extra bed will be made available on request and will be charged @ Rs.750 per bed
    • 1 extra bed is allowed for Double room
    • 5 extra bed is allowed for Suite.
Room Tariff
  • Room Tariff includes: Tea & Complimentary Breakfast
  • All room rates are inclusive of XX% luxury tax and XX% Service Tax, as per the current rule .
  • Bookings will be confirmed at the time of reservation only on advance payment in full by Net Banking/Credit card/Debit card/Gpay.
  • ID Proofs - Guests will be allowed to occupy the rooms once the check-in and registration is complete. All guests (excluding kids below 12) should produce ONE approved Photo identification and address proof document to complete the registration
    • For Indian Nationals – As approved by Indian Government - Aadhaar card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voters ID.
    • For Foreign Nationals/OCI - Valid Passport and Visa for Foreign Nationals
    • Non-govt IDs are not accepted as ID Proofs
  • Accommodation Cancellation Policy
    • Free cancellation if cancelled before 10 days
    • 90% refund if cancelled between 9 days to 6 days before the date of arrival.
    • 50% refund if cancelled between 6 days to 48 hours before the date of arrival.
    • No refund if cancelled within 48 hours before the date of arrival.
  • Food Arrangement
    • Complimentary Breakfast
      • Morning Tea – 6.00AM to 7.00AM
      • Breakfast – 7.30AM to 9.30 AM.
      • Morning Tea and Breakfast will be served only in restaurants.
      • Additional Breakfast will be charged at Rs. 200/ per person.
    • Lunch : 12.30PM to 2.30PM
      • Lunch should be ordered by 9 AM.
      • Pre-Booking: Lunch can also be ordered at the time of booking for all days/select days.
      • Lunch will be served only in the restaurant.
    • Evening Snacks: 4PM to 6PM 
      • Snacks will be available at the restaurant. Any special choice of Snacks must be booked by 9 AM.
    • Dinner: 7PM to 9.30 PM.
      • Dinner to be confirmed before 3PM.
      • Dinner will be available at restaurants (or) in the room as per guest request.
    • Lunch, Dinner and Snacks will be charged on actuals, as per the booking and restaurant charges. No cancellation facility is available for bookings done for Lunch/Snacks/Dinner.
  • Any damage to property / assets within the premises will be charged at replacement cost.
  • Any damage to agri-garden and other greeneries will be fined.
  • Guests must take care of all their personal belongings. Management will not be responsible for any loss or damage of any kind.
  • Guests are requested to help maintain the ambience of the resort to ensure all the guests enjoy the stay in the resort. Group activities should be planned in a way, without disturbing other guests and the neighboring village..
  • Guests should refrain from engaging into gambling or acts that violate law and morals inside the Room / Resort.
  • Guests are requested to be back in the room before 10 PM during the period of stay.
Smoking and Alcohol Consumption rules
  • Smoking within the premises is not allowed. Guests violating the smoking policy, will be requested to check-out immediately forfeiting all advance paid.
  • There are some restrictions on Alcohol consumption. Details will bediscussed during the booking & registration.
Room Hygiene
  • All rooms are cleaned, sanitized between stays.
  • Rooms will be regularly cleaned during the period of stay.
  • Linens, towels will be replaced every 2 days if the stay is extended beyond 2 days.
  • Hand Sanitizers are available within the rooms.
  • COVID-19 Safety Measures
    • Guests with COVID symptoms are not allowed
    • Hand sanitizer will be provided in guest accommodation and common areas
    • Thermal screening is done at entry/exit points
    • Masks is mandatory for Staff, Guests, and Visitors.
Pets are not allowed.
